Welcome to the Tricky conversations with referrers module. In this module, you have a video lecture and downloadable scripts. It is important to check with your practicer owner or manager whether there are any referrers they have special relationships or arrangements with that they would prefer to speak to personally if an issue arises or the referrer calls the practice. In some practice all referrers are treated equally and therefore it is less of an issue. Please make sure you show the scripts in this module to your practice to clarify whether that is how they want you to handle conversations with referrers.
