Paper thin and buried deep is no way for therapists to feel

“Do you ever feel, feel so paper-thin

Like a house of cards, one blow from caving in?”

I listened to the character Satine in Moulin Rouge sing this last night.

It’s from the opening verse of Katy Perry’s monster hit, “Firework”.

I can’t think of a better way to describe the way some therapists feel when their heading towards trouble. Big trouble.

The kind of trouble that leaves you feeling “already buried deep?

Six feet under screams, but no one seems to hear a thing”.

Trouble that could be prevented.

It’s why I’m so passionate about helping therapists thrive professionally, personally and financially.

To stand in their power and have the career that serves them.

I’m not a coach who preaches serving others.

Guiding and helping others, yes. Serving, no.

Serving just leads to more paper thin and six feet under screams stuff.

And as therapists are mostly women, I’m going to point this out, no woman needs to be further instructed to serve.

If you need help to stand in your power, to reclaim your career or if you can feel the paper thin, buried six feet deep or you are not interested in landing there ever,

I am here for that. Reach out to me for 1:1 coaching.
